The Flight Dispatcher, also called Flight Operations Officer, is responsible for preparing a file containing the technical and commercial data required for the flight. Before landing and take-off, various information is exchanged between the flight crew and the Operations Officer: notes on the aircraft, its characteristics, the latest technical interventions carried out, information on passengers and cargo, and weather conditions.
At the end of the training, the student will take a national examination organised with the Tunisian General Directorate of Civil Aviation.
In order to become a Flight Dispatcher, it is necessary to go through the following steps:
1-Theoretical training
(Diploma: Homologated Duration: 9 months )
2-Practical training course provided by the school :3 months
