The Freight Agent is an essential cog in the wheel of international freight transport. Freight Agents operate in the restricted areas of an airport. They are responsible for advising clients on the formalities of the international traffic of goods, codifying the products transported, setting up the transport service and completing administrative and customs formalities. Once the cargo dispatched, the Freight Agent tracks its progress and proposes solutions in case of problems.
