Overview
The technical operations officer programme is a professional course training experts in the supervision of ground operations. The flight operations officer coordinates every operation involving the aircraft, oversees flight operations and prepares the technical documents the pilot needs for departure and arrival.

Aircraft type and area qualification
- To obtain the ATE flight operations officer licence, a student holding the ATE diploma completes an aircraft type and area qualification course.
- A320 and B737 types (duration: 10 days)
- A simulation exercise is required to consolidate the theory. A familiarisation flight lets you experience the various aspects of a flight first hand, better understand the aptitudes the role calls for, and take part in preparing the flight through to its destination.
Entry requirements
- Baccalaureate level or above
- Aged over 18
- Command of French / English
- Clean criminal record
Master aircraft technical operations
Qualify as a Technical Operations Officer through 9 months of classroom training and 3 months of practical experience.
